Accessorial Charges
Bill of Lading Required for shipments within or between the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean
Bill of Lading - VICS
Bill of Lading - Mexico Required for shipments to or from Mexico; visit our Mexico FAQs for additional information
Canada Customs Invoice Required for shipments of $3300 CDN or more, but can be used for shipments of any value to facilitate PARS clearance
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Certificate of Insurance (COI) - Estes West Applies to shipments originating at terminals with numbers 200 and above
Certificate of Origin (CTO) - USMCA Required for U.S., Canada, or Mexico cross-border shipments of items manufactured in the U.S. or Canada valued at more than $1,200 U.S., or to make items eligible for preferential duty treatment
Certificate of Origin (CTO) - non-USMCA Required for U.S., Canada, or Mexico cross-border shipments of items manufactured outside the U.S. or Canada, or for items that do not qualify for preferential duty treatment
Claims
Commercial Invoice Required for shipments between the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean with the exception of shipments to Canada valued at $3300 CDN or more, where the Canada Customs Invoice must be used
Custom Bond Certificate
Electronic Export Information (EEI) Electronic filing of Caribbean shipment export data to the Automated Export System (AES) replaces the paper version of the Shipper’s Export Declaration (SED)
EEI Authorization Form Required to authorize Estes to perform the EEI filing for Caribbean shipments
Guaranteed Select Account Agreement
Hazmat Certificate
Hazmat Certificate - Estes West Applies to shipments originating at terminals with numbers 200 and above
Overcharge Claims Applies for requests to review potential overcharges on paid bills
